For my graduation I wanted to be a bit different.  First question was should I make a dress or a suit?  I've always seen my self in a dress on this day, but a month before I decided to make a suit. Not any suit. I wanted a three-piece suit. I knew what I wanted for a while and that was pattern from Burda 3/2011 no.120.  Vest was the hardest thing to find. Not so many magazines that I own have a vest in tham. I found a pattern in Burda 3/97 no.109B. In that same Burda there where pants too no.107A.               Because am using Burda magazine pattern needs to be traced on a tracing paper and than cut out of fabric. There is a lot of pieces. And I cut all of tham out first...

Burda is my favorite sewing magazine. Every Burda has two parts. One is magazine, where you can see how the outfit looks on a model. There are also some articles, tips and tricks related to sewing. Second part is patterns and instructions od how to make a garment. You can take this part out and store it, if you don't want to keep the magazine. ( That is awesome idea.
